Sometimes spending time with a good listener can help you turn things around.

There are a number of ways Weylife is here for you - it could be attending a workshop or seminar, it could be spending time with one of our life coaches.  

Which ever way, Weylife can help you find a more positive future.

• Weylife coaches and mentors are volunteers who have all been trained to listen, ask good questions and work with you to find a more positive future.  
• The Weylife workshops and seminars seek to be practical and give you both an immediate take away action and signpost you to other training or services that might be benefical.
